I have twenty-two years of experience at Intel, most recently as a VP and GM of the Education and Public Sector business. I know what it takes to grow a business and achieve outstanding results. I have experience leading global initiatives, forming new teams and businesses, managing to a P&L, developing strategic partnerships and leading corporate strategic discussions. In addition, I sat on the board of a private company and was a member of the UN Broadband Commission. I have deep marketing experience, including channel marketing, market research and partner marketing, including Intel Inside®.

Since leaving corporate leadership, I have focused exclusively on executive coaching, team development, and coach supervision. I work with senior leaders and leadership teams at Fortune 100 companies, as well as later-stage and high-growth organizations across industries.

I also supervise experienced coaches, supporting their development in presence, judgment, and the complexity of working with senior leaders. This work reflects my commitment to the craft of coaching at its highest standard and continuously sharpens my own practice.

 

I enjoy walking, hiking and cooking for friends. I've climbed mountains in the past and summited three of the seven highest continental peaks. More recently, I have completed two routes of the Camino de Santiago. I split my time between Santa Barbara and the Lake Tahoe area with my wife, Deborah, and our Australian Shepherd, Kola. We have two sons who are launched and are pursuing their own paths. I'm a passionate cook and love making meals for friends and family.
